Software Architect

A leading service provider in Luxembourg with more than 50 years of experience, is looking for its next Software Architect.

Your missions :

• Define and implement solution components for IP management systems
• Communicating complex and broad range of information pertaining to the solution and roadmap clearly and appropriately catered to for different levels (Managing Director to junior developers) and functions, both within IT and the business
• Getting consensus on the solution and roadmap, ensuring buy in to the proposed architecture by all stakeholders
• Selects the proper design patterns and solution frameworks for the IP Management Systems, both back-end and front-end
• Producing relevant artefacts including architecture blueprints, decision logs and technical solution documents
• Determining the non-functional requirements such as data volumes, throughput performance, data retention requirements, authorization/authentication etc. in order to ensure solutions are scalable, robust, allow for agile change and meet any project Service Level Agreement’s and regulatory requirements
• Participating and leading design workshops

Your Profile :

• Master’s degree in computer science or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven track record of leading and coaching development teams
• Be passionate about software design and architecture
• Excellent knowledge about OOA/OOD, Micro Services, DDD, CQRS, TDD, SOLID
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Microservice designs and architectures (SOA, formal patterns)
• APIs and API frameworks (Swagger, REST, Web Services, API management tool)
• Security (OAuth, OpenId)
• Core programming technologies and tools (C#, .NET 5)
• UI (TypeScript, Javascript, Angular, React, HTML5
• Extensive experience delivering complex solutions, from analysis and design through all delivery phases
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and best practices
• Proven leadership track of record in designing and implementing complex, mission-critical and high traffic enterprise architectures
• Stakeholder management experience
• Proven experience in agile software development practices like Scrum
• Will be considered as a plus : No-SQL databases; front-end technologies
