BI Analyst – junior (m/f)

Our client, a large bank in Luxembourg, is looking to complete its team for a BI Analyst – junior (m/f).

Profile :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in IT or Telecommunication
• Proven experience in Data Warehouse
• Strong ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical specification
• Functional experience – particularly in IT, business strategy, business analysis or finance (will be considered as an asset)
• Fluent in English is mandatory

Tasks :

-Modeling :

• Reverse engineering of the DBs operational via power AMC
• Mapping the data flows of the application architecture
• Schematization and maintenance of the progression/evolution of the BI architecture
• Datamart modeling
• BUS implementation: Ensure connectivity between the different dimensions by business processes (Accounting, RISK, COMPLIANCE…) within the Data Warehouse

-Functional analysis :

• Writing of functional specifications
• Support for business teams
• Reconciliation skills and practice

-Technical analysis :

• Analyze operational applications (CRM, CBS, Data exchange…)
• Implementation of new integration flows
• Optimize load monitoring
• Participate in the implementation of a Dashboard to monitor BI requests

-Data Integration :

• Participation in load optimization
• Introduce partitioning approaches
• SQL /T-Sql: data cleaning, PS, duplicate management, reconciliation
• Gain skills on SSIS integration flows

-Reporting :

• Implementation of Dataset dedicated to Reporting Services and Tableau
• Generating the legal reporting for all business team by department
