Customer Support, Japanese/English speaker (M/F)

Our Client is a Financial Group in Luxembourg.

For their Fund Services Department they are currently recruiting a:

Customer Support Employee, Japanese/English speaker (M/F)

You will be in charge of:

·    Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients

·    Answer to all requests from the fund clients

·    Coordinate the analysis of the quality of operations

·    Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner

·    Provide administrative support and complete all requested control checklists

·    Inform the Section Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected
and evaluate their impact

Profile:

·        Bachelor/Master Degree in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience

·        Confirmed professional experience in this business

·        Legal and regulatory knowledge related to custody and fund business, excellent
overall banking knowledge

·        Excellent overall banking knowledge

·        Fluent in Japanese and in English.
