Project Portfolio Manager – Senior

Our client, a leading IT company in Luxembourg, is looking for a Project Portfolio Manager – Senior to complete his team.

Tasks :

Contribution to :

• Greater transparency on capacity and resource utilization at the portfolio level
• All required portfolio data (timing, resources, finances, risks, etc.)
• Preparation of the portfolio analysis report (monthly)
• Portfolio planning and delivery tracking
• Improve resource management and benefit management best practices
• Better link strategic planning to project/program execution
• Review of project/programme/portfolio methodology (especially prioritization)
• Revising the project methodology with a focus on classic, hybrid and agile approaches.

Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven ability to demonstrate a desire for results and accountability to the needs of teams
• You are methodical, organized, you have great ease in communicating and writing technical documents
• Fluent in English and French
